Promoters of Insurance Companies Can Cut Stake to 26%

The government has clarified that there is no restriction on Indian promoters insurance companies from the time frame point of view to dilute their stake, a move that will pave the way for Reliance Life to sell a 26% stake to Nippon of Japan.
