With Gurugram project, India a key part of Trump’s realty play
Trump Towers Delhi-NCR will be characterised by iconic twin towers rising over 600 feet that will be among the tallest towers in the region.
In its largest super-luxury residential development in India, Trump Organization has launched a 1.25 million sq ft project in Gurugram, thereby making India the largest property market with the most number of Trump branded properties outside of North America.
This project marks the entry of the iconic Trump Tower brand into the Delhi-NCR region, and this will be the fourth Trump Tower to be launched in India. The project, Trump Towers Delhi-NCR, will be developed by Trump’s exclusive India partner Tribeca Developers and Delhi-based realtor M3M India. The development with Rs 2,500-crore revenue potential with two towers will be completed over the next five years.
