| Indian physician Dr. Sandeep Kapoor is mired in the public controversy swirling around Anna Nicole Smith’s death, potentially from a drug overdose. Kapoor, who has boasted of a specialty in entertainment medicine, is being reviled in the media as the “meth doctor” for prescribing methadone to Smith and is currently under investigation by the California medical board.

He insists that his actions were “medically sound and appropriate.” Guess that includes the footage currently on the entertainment portal TMZ.com of Dr Kapoor groping and licking Smith at a gay bar in West Hollywood in 2005. But nothing has quite immortalized Kapoor more in the public consciousness than photos of him leering at Smith on a West Hollywood Gay Pride Parade float.
