Pre-Diwali Real-Estate Launches Dip by 50%

Last year before Diwali, Ahmedabad-based Sun Builders lined up two residential projects and both were absorbed in a jiffy. This year, the season is just round the corner and the slump in the property markets have prevented the realtor from making any fresh launches.
