17 Emerging Countries?

Drug data firm IMS Health has expanded its definition of emerging markets for prescription drug sales to 17 countries, where it expects prescription drug sales to grow by at least $1 billion between 2010 and 2015.

IMS ranked the 17 emerging countries in descending order of current drug sales: China, Brazil, Russia, India, Mexico, Turkey, Venezuela, Poland, Argentina, Indonesia, Ukraine, Thailand, South Africa, Egypt, Romania, Pakistan and Vietnam.
