BPOs to Grow By 17.9% in Asia, Asia-Pacific in 2011: Gartner

The worldwide business process outsourcing (BPO) market is forecast to grow by 6.3 per cent globally and 17.9 per cent in the Asia-Pacific during the year 2011, says a study by market research firm Gartner.
