A 21.5-inch Nepalese man, about the size of a newborn, has been declared the world’s shortest man.

Chandra Bahadur Dangi, 72, has been recognized with the title by the Guinness World Records. He displaces Filipino Jurney Balawing, who is 23.5 inches. Recently, Guinness recognized 18-year-old Jyoti Amge from India, who is 24.75 inches as the world’s shortest woman.
