Women Who Have Faced Abandonment Demand Transnational Laws For Extradition Of NRI Husbands
Parliament has been dealing with a very specific issue concerning women like triple talaq but the issue of women abandoned by their husbands has not come up at all, says activist Indu Agnihotri.
Indian women who have faced abandonment from their NRI husbands are demanding transnational laws for their extradition. Along with abandonment the women have been asked for dowry and suffered domestic as well as sexual abuse.
