US Court Rejects Goldman Sachs Ex-Director Rajat Gupta’s Bid To Overturn Conviction

Former Goldman Sachs director Rajat Gupta, 70, completed a prison term in 2016 on insider trading charges but has been fighting to overturn his conviction.
