UAE Amnesty 2018: Indians Won’t be Charged For Emergency Certificate

Indian amnesty-seekers, who do not have a valid passport need to apply for an emergency certificate at BLS branches across the UAE.

The Indian government has decided to waive emergency certificate fee for Indian amnesty-seekers till October 31.
In a press release issued on Friday, the government of India announced that the Dh60 fee for issuance of emergency certificate (outpass) and Dh9 service fee will not be charged during the three-month amnesty announced by the UAE Government.
