Anheuser-Busch is buying out the 50 percent stake of Crown Beers India Ltd., which has a 500,000-hectoliter brewery in Hyderabad, from its joint venture partner Crown International.
The companies formed the venture last year to distribute Armstrong, a beer developed specifically for India, and Budweiser in India. |
