At a proud 24.7 inches in height, Jyoti Amge, a high school student in Nagpur has been admitted as the world’s shortest living woman in the Guinness World Records on her 18th birthday.
Amge embraced her celebrity: “I have put Nagpur on the world map. Now everyone will know where it is.”
And she has bigger plans. She aims to become a Bollywood actress. Move over Aishwarya Rai.
According to Guinness, the shortest woman in history, 24-inch tall Pauline Musters, lived in the Netherlands from 1876 to 1895.
