Regional Police investigators from the Internet Child Exploitation Unit have arrested and charged a man in a child luring investigation.
On Thursday, February 14, at 9:12 a.m., Prabu Elangovan, a 39-year-old man from Brampton, was arrested and charged with ‘make sexually explicit material available to a child,’ and three counts of ‘child luring.’
