Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has secured a restraining order against a California man accused of stalking him.

31-year-old Pradeep Manukonda of Milpitas, who repeatedly pestered Zuckerberg via Facebook and email, including 20 times in a single day, according to an affidavit by a Facebook security officer, has been ordered to stay away from Zuckerberg and stop contacting him.

Manukonda also left a note on Zuckerberg’s car and was intercepted by Facebook guards outside his house, according to court documents.

In the emails, Manukonda pleads for a few minutes of Zuckerberg’s time and for money to pay for medical treatment for his mother. “I plead, please help me in saving my mother,” he wrote in a letter dated Jan. 23. “I am ready to die for you. Please Mark please… I am waiting outside your house.”

Manukonda issued a public apology in which he attributed his problems to a “miscommunication,” saying: “I Have no complaints on anybody , I am ready to leave this country ,eventhough i am getting good offers from their competitors I dreamt of coming to usa , to fulfill my dreams , i never thought that my name is going to associated with a person , who i admire the most in this way if I my actions hurts anybody , in any sense , i am making a public apology to all of them.”
