India rejigs its energy basket as Gulf tensions escalate

Over the past several years, and especially once the Narendra Modi regime assumed power, India, which imports 86% of its crude oil and most of its liquefied natural gas (LNG) from member of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, has rejigged its energy sources.
