India Adviser: No Need for Any Special Steps

India doesn't need any special steps to insulate itself from likely global turmoil following a recent credit downgrade of the U.S. by Standard & Poor's amid a cloudy global economic outlook, the Chief Economic Adviser to the Finance Ministry said Monday.
