Iceland’s Wow Air to Launch Low Cost, Long Haul Flights to India
The first budget airline services from the United Kingdom and U.S. to India are set to take flight later this year.
Iceland’s low-priced carrier WOW Air announced on Tuesday it would start flights from December 7 connecting New Delhi to the island country’s capital city of Reykjavik and onwards to Canada, U.S. and London at fares starting from ₹13,499. Meals, check-in bags and seat selection will be charged seperately, if one wants to opt for them. That will start with basic, which covers only the fare and excludes charges for the seat, baggage and food, and goes up to premium, which is similar to business
