Dasondi, owner of Cygate Software and Consulting, is accused of fraudulently sponsoring six people through his company in exchange for kickbacks. Proecutors allege that the six Indian nationals paid Dasondi over $503,000 over six years and he also agreed to sponsor them for green cards in exchange for $10,000 to $15,000 each. In return, Dasondi allegedly submitted false paperwork and issued paychecks and state and federal taxes. The six men operated their own businesses in Long Island, Chicago, Arizona and New Jersey.
