Fresh Lokpal Bill Drafted, 3 Issues Remain

Team Anna and the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) Government have finalised the Lokpal Bill draft which has been sent to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, sources have told CNN-IBN. However, the two sides have not come to an agreement on three contentious issues: inclusion of the lower bureaucracy in the ambit of the Lokpal, having a Lokayukta in every state and a specific deadline for the bill.
