Finnish Firm Completes Purchase of WMI Cranes

Finnish crane company Konecranes Oyj has now completed the second phase of its acquisition of Indian crane company WMI Cranes and increased its ownership to 100% from 51%. The total value of the deal was 3.58 billion rupees ($79 million). The Finnish company completed the first round of purchase back in February and paid 1.69 billion rupees ($37.3 million) for the 51% stake.
