| A New York Indian convicted of setting a limousine on fire, has been linked by a DNA test to a decade old unsolved rape of a New York University law student.
Rajeev Kumar’s DNA, collected after his conviction, was matched with that collected from a rape kit from the victim 10 years earlier. According to the DA’s office DNA evidence has been used to sole nearly 9,500 crimes in the city in recent years. |
