Last year, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau unveiled the fast-track Global Skills Strategy programme which processes applications for those employed in high-skilled talent areas within two weeks.
Certainly, Canada is emerging as a top destination for Indian diaspora. The primary reason for the same would be Canada’s Express Entry visa programme which invites highly skilled candidates — under the country’s point-based immigration scheme — to take up permanent residency. Express Entry is Canada’s flagship programme for key economic migration, reported the Times of India on Friday.
