Bollywood director-choreographer Farah Khan posted a photo on Nov. 8 that showed her with Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, who has been accused of sexual abuse by several women.

Khan shared the tweet, saying, “Found this!! Throwback of all throwbacks! Me giving Bollywood gyaan to Harvey Weinstein!! #beforetheshithitthefan #mainhoonna shoot.”

Main Hoon Na is a Bollywood movie starring Shah Rukh Khan, Sushmita Sen, Amrita Rao and Zyed Khan. It was released in 2004.

Another Bollywood connection to Weinstein was recently revealed by Simone Sheffield, owner of the California-based company Canyon Entertainment, who said the producer wanted to meet Aishwarya Rai alone. Sheffield posted in the comments section of Variety.com: “I use to manage Indian actress Aishwarya Rai. While dealing with Harvey I found it comical how hard he tried to get Aishwarya alone. But he was a pig… looked and acted like a “big bully pig”….He asked me to leave the meeting numerous times and I politely declined. When we were leaving his office he cornered me and said “what do I have to do to get her alone?” I told him to “kiss my black a**. When Ash and I returned to our hotel, I sent Harvey a steel pig trough filled with DIET COKE as a thank you gift for the meeting. Yes, we did do business and Yes, he eventually threatened me. Told me I’d never work in this business, blah blah blah….what I said to him I can’t print. But you can be sure, I never gave him the opportunity to even breathe on my client.”

“Fox News. Weinstein. The President. Such abuses have gone on way before these creeps and will sadly continue until women feel empowered and protected enough to speak out,” she added. She also said that Weinstein threatened her and said that she wouldn’t be able to work in the industry anymore.

Rai was reported to have met Weinstein professionally at several occasions, including at the AmFar Gala and the Cannes International Film Festival.

More than 50 women have accused Weinstein and the number is still growing. Italian actor Asia Argento alleged that Weinstein raped her when she was 21 while British actor Lysette Anthony said that he raped her in the 1980s. Latest updates indicate that in 2016 he hired security agents, including ex-Mossad agents, to spy on the actresses and journalists who were trying to find evidence against him.
