A global survey ranks Bangalore as the best city to live in India.
Mercer’s 2011 worldwide rankings of the quality of living includes five Indian cities, but all fairly low on the list: Bangalore (141), New Delhi (143), Mumbai (144), Chennai (150) and Kolkata (151).
European cities top the Mercer rankings. Vienna tops the rankings. Switzerland and Germany each have three cities in the top 10 on the list. Singapore is the only Asian city to make the top 25.
