A Growing Number of Indian Americans Are Leading America’s Best Business Schools
Recent years have witnessed several Indian Americans take the helm of the nation’s most selective business schools.
When Sunil Kumar left the deanship of the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business to become provost of the Johns Hopkins University in 2016, he made history by becoming the first Indian American to ever hold the post at a major university. As the dean of Booth, Kumar was a member of an elite cadre of Indian Americans leading the most prestigious business schools in the country.
