Singapore Court Dismisses Singh Brothers’ Appeal Against Daiichi Sankyo’s Arbitration Award
The Delhi court in January 2018 ruled in favour of Daiichi, allowing it to enforce the award against the brothers.
In another blow for former Fortis promoters Malvinder and Shivinder Singh, who have been fighting a Rs3,500-crore arbitration award against them, a Singapore court on Friday dismissed their appeal against the award, ET has learnt.
