Data Story: China and India among countries most optimistic about 2018
Japanese citizens least confident about 2018, only 44 percent of people favourable of 2018.
People in India and China are more optimistic about 2018 as compared to their Europeans counterparts. In a satisfaction survey performed by market research and consulting firm Ipsos, 87 percent of Indians and 88 percent of Chinese people believe that 2018 will be better than 2017.
On average, 76 percent of the world’s population feels that 2018 will be better than 2017.
