India to send Naik extradition request to Malaysia

Since National Investigation Agency (NIA) which was investigating the Naik’s cases, the request for his extradition has been submitted the NIA Special Court, Mumbai for completing the necessary requirement. Thereafter, it will be sent to External Affairs Ministry for its onward transmission to the government of Malaysia under India-Malaysia Extradition Treaty.
