CBI Likely to File FIR Against Jagan Reddy

The central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is likely to register an FIR against late Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YSR's son Jagan Mohan Reddy. The Andhra Pradesh high court on Wednesday directed the CBI to conduct a full fledged investigation of Jagan Reddy's assets. The cases against Jagan will be under different sections of the Indian Penal Code - Prevention of Corruption Act and Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) as directed by the court.
