6 Indian Restaurants in London Make it to The Michelin’s 2019 List
Fine-dining restaurants Tamarind and Jamavar lost their stars this time around. No new restaurants received a three-star rating this year.
Last week, Michelin announced the list of restaurants from UK and Ireland that have made it to its 2019 guide. A total 21 restaurants received their first-ever Michelin star, while three restaurants received their second star. Six Indian restaurants have made the 2019 list, down from eight last year. Gymkhana, a restaurant inspired by foods served at colonial sports clubs across British India, received its first Michelin star in 2014 and has managed to retain it ever since.
