$11,000 Car Wash

By
Gurcharn Sahota’s $11,000 car wash only sounds expensive. At $44 an hour, it is really quite a steal.

Sahota claims his carwash, billed the most expensive in the world, takes 250 hours and involves 100 cleaning fluids and $13,000 per tub wax.

He uses a computerized forensic microscope to examine scratches invisible to the human eye and claims to polish and buff ever car part five times.

His five-year-old car wash Elite Detailing in Derbyshire, services celebrity Ferarris, Bugatti Veyrons, McLaren F1s, F1 GTRs, Pagani Zondas and Rolls Royces. “I’m cleaning some of the fastest, most powerful sports cars in the world. People come to me and they want the best treatment going for their car. If you’ve got a £500,000 car then a few grand for cleaning is worth it.”
