The high court on Thursday passed an interim order directing the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) to permit a batch of petitioner-students holding Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) cards to submit their applications offline for the Common Entrance Test (CET) 2018 for admission to engineering courses. The last date for submitting applications is February 26.
