A cyclist convicted of assaulting pedestrians in Leicester, United Kingdom, has been banned from riding in the city.
Police accuse Gurnaik Singh Dogra, 27, of a 7-year campaign in which he deliberately ran into pedestrians and punched and kicked them.
Dogra, who pleaded guilty to two assaults, was sentenced to 12 days of imprisonment and banned from riding in sections of the city for five years. One victim was quoted in the media: “He kicked me and it was hard enough to knock me to the floor. He needs to get help, really. There’s obviously something wrong with him and he seems to have been doing this for a long time. There’s no logic to it.” |
