Bangalore-based Lakshmi Access Communications Systems has launched a $99, 4.3-inch Magnum Pepper Tablet PC based on Google’s Android operating system.
“We have made it affordable, we have ensured it fits the pocket,” says Mahendraa Kumar Jain, the company’s managing director.
The tablet features an 800-megahertz processor, 256 RAM, 4GB memory and works both on wireless Internet and 3G networks.
