A New York fitness company is offering its out-of-town clients phone yoga sessions.
The New York Daily News reported that yoga instructor Christine Miller offers phone yoga from her Brooklyn apartment to clients on speaker phone.
Another yoga center Namaste New York says it offers phone yoga services to its advanced yoga clients. Phone yoga is akin to a yoga DVD, according to Julie Wald: "It's the same concept but totally personalized. It's such a beautiful way to have a spiritual connection with someone."
